  • Oversee the operations of multiple tourist accommodation properties in Málaga, ensuring high-quality service and seamless guest experiences.

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance community engagement and integration, making each stay unique and culturally enriching.

  • Lead and manage large teams across different locations, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring staff motivation and performance.

  • Innovate and think outside the box to improve hospitality services, always staying ahead of industry trends and guest expectations.

  • Ensure operational efficiency, optimizing occupancy rates, revenue, and guest satisfaction.

  • Maintain strong relationships with local businesses, cultural institutions, and community stakeholders to create meaningful collaborations.

  • Handle customer feedback and continuously improve service quality based on guest insights.

  • Oversee budgets, costs, and financial planning to ensure profitability while maintaining excellent service standards.

  • Demonstrate a growth-oriented mindset, identifying new opportunities to expand and improve the business.

Requisitos mínimos

  • Proven experience in hospitality management, ideally overseeing multiple properties or large-scale operations.

  • Strong background in lifestyle-driven, contemporary, tendy and experience-driven environments with fresh ideas in hospitality strategy and operations also with F&B experience

  • A creative and strategic mindset, with the ability to think differently and bring fresh ideas to the industry.

  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and motivating large teams.

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Passion for community building and integrating local culture into the guest experience.

  • Ambition to grow with the company, contributing to its long-term vision and success.

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus).

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
