We are looking for a Project Manager - Concept Development based in Marbella. This is a 100% office-based role.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in project management, concept development, or business strategy.


• Proven track record of achieving targets and delivering successful projects.


• Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Design, or a related field.


• Experience in hospitality, retail, or service-oriented industries is a plus.


• Strong analytical skills, creativity, and a problem-solving mindset.


• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
