Strategic Analyst

STRATEGIC ANALYST

We are looking for a Strategic Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive market and
business analyses, identifying strategic opportunities, and providing actionable
insights to drive business growth and performance. This role requires a blend of
analytical prowess, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.

DUTIES:

- Conduct detailed market research and competitive analysis to identify trends,
opportunities, and threats.
- Analyze internal and external data to support strategic decision-making
processes.
- Develop and present strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze business
performance data.
- Monitor industry developments and economic indicators to inform strategic
planning.
- Assist in the development of long-term business strategies and plans.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings and
insights.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power
BI).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interpret complex data and present findings in a clear and concise
manner.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE:

- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
- Experience in a strategic or analytical role within a corporate environment.
- Familiarity with strategic planning frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., SAS, SPSS) and/or
programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
- Understanding of financial modeling and forecasting.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Fluency in additional languages such as Spanish and/or Portuguese is highly
desirable.
- 2 years of experience in strategic consulting, investment banking, corporate
finance, private equity, or a related field.
