BUSINESS ANALYST- QAD

Core team QAD to participate into the Support, Development and Rollout of QAD systems and modules related to company International Projects, based on business needs. Also, part of local company IT team, to help in Systems Support and Local Project implementation.

Task / Responsabilities:

* Helpdesk and Support IT Systems Local and Corporate Level.
* Development and implementation of new functions and modules.
* Rollout of QAD System to additional Sites.
* Technical Maintenance of the IT Infrastructure.
* Continuous Improvement of the System and Application.
* Enhancement of Technical and Functional Knowledge of the Team.


Qualifications / Requirements:

* 2 years minimum experience in QAD ERP Environments.
* Solid understanding of QAD Enterprise Edition Functionality.
* Business Processes knowledge in manufacturing companies.
* Good communication Skills, Team Working and leadership.
* Good English level. Any Additional language is an asset.
* With experience in international environment.
* Highly engaged in work. Able to work flexible hours as appropriate. No time constraints.
* Able to coordinate time and priorities and handle scheduling conflicts
* Able to document, investigate, analyze, summarize and troubleshoot business processes in functional specification and configuration documents.
* Project Management Oriented
* Able to work under pressure environment.
* Ability for travelling (Country, Europe and World Wide) when required.


Technical Knowledge / Additional Characteristics

* Technical Knowledge in QAD Infrastructure is appreciated.
* Progress 4GL RDBMS and Programming Language / SQL is important.
* Linux O.S Basic Administration / Shell Scripting is well come.
* Knowledge in other IT Fields or Systems is also interesting (RF Environments, Interoperability, Business Intelligence..etc).Knowledge in Perl, C, C++, Java are assets.
* Knowledge in specific QAD modules like: EAM, Cebos, WMS, Enhance Controls, Automation Solutions, Serialization.
* Knowledge in SQL Server RDBMS / Programming is an asset.
