In collaboration we are working with an award-winning multi-licensed, broker who offers online CFD trading on FX, crypto, oil, metals, shares, and indices and seeking to onboard Head of Finance to join their team in Limassol.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with the CFO and departments to create and present the company’s annual budget
- Monitor budget performance, recommending cost-saving measures and implementing improvements
- Provide financial insights and alternatives to enhance performance
- Manage capital requests, budgeting processes, and financial reporting
- Prepare detailed reports on financial status, risks, and forecasts
- Assist in developing financial and tax strategies with the CFO
- Deliver key financial figures to executive management and CFO on a regular basis
- Conduct business studies and develop forecast models based on past, present, and future performance
- Oversee cash management and funding for operations and projects
- Conduct financial assessments of counterparties and banks
- Review incentive calculations and monitor KPIs for revenue-generating functions
- Evaluate profitability of products and services, collaborating with departments to address gaps
- Review statutory financial statements and maintain banking relationships.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance. CFA certification will be considered as an advantage
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
- Previous experience in finance, ideally within financial intermediary firms
- Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in MS Excel
- Experience with financial modeling and data analysis
- Excellent command of financial planning, reporting, and tax strategy development
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Leadership and team management experience
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- High proficiency in financial data analysis and the ability to spot patterns
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations to senior management
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level management.
