We are partnering with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy to recruit a Bulgarian-speaking Recruiter to join their dynamic team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape recruitment strategies and connect with top talent across multilingual markets.

Position Details:
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Work Model: Hybrid (2-3 days per week from the office)
Employment Type: Full-time
Remuneration: Competitive base salary

Duties and Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement high-volume, multilingual sourcing strategies to attract top talent in various markets.
Proactive Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, and professional networks to source and engage candidates.
Talent Pool Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for key positions and languages.
Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
Metrics Tracking: Monitor and report on sourcing metrics to evaluate recruitment effectiveness and improve strategies.
Referral Program Management: Oversee employee referral programs to leverage internal networks for sourcing candidates.

Requirements:
Experience:

• Minimum 1 year in a talent sourcing role with a proven track record of success.


• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Taleo) and experience in the BPO industry are highly desirable.

• Expertise in sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social recruiting.


• Strong communication and negotiation skills for engaging candidates and stakeholders.


• Exceptional attention to detail and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
  Language Proficiency:
  


• Native/Fluent in Bulgarian (C1 level) and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
