HR TECHNICIAN

We need to incorporate a HR TECHNICIAN to work for one of our top national event clients in Telde/Meloneras on a temporary basis.
 
Your daily tasks will be:
- general management of employees
- recruitment of a high volume of workers
- control of hours
- absence management
- needs analysis
- monitoring of contracts, renewals, etc.
- Detect areas of improvement in the service and procedures, being able to have autonomy to implement initiatives.

What are we looking for?
- Fluent English: contact with the client is 100% in English.
-University education, with a specialization in HR and people management.
-Experience in generalist selection will be valued, used to manage a high volume of selection processes and to conduct competency-based interviews.
-High customer orientation and good communication skills.
-Mobility is a plus.
