ADMINISTRATIVE ACCOUNTANT

At Marlex, we are collaborating with an important leading software company in the transmission of payments throughout the world. Currently, they need to incorporate an administrative accountant.

Depending on the finance and accounting manager, the selected person will be responsible for...

• Preparation and accounting of accounting entries in internal ERP.


• Monthly, quarterly and annual accounting closings.


• Provide support in balance sheet reconciliations and profit and loss trends.


• Support in department reports and projects.


• Monitoring of internal and external queries.


• Continuous communication in English with suppliers and colleagues.


• Provide support to other team members.

Which are the requirements?

• Proficiency in the English language (written and spoken).


• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.


• 2 years experience in the accounting sector.


• Experience with NetSuite or similar cloud-based ERP preferred.


• Analytical and computer skills.


• Essential knowledge of Excel.


• Committed person with attention to detail.
