We are hiring an Office Coordinator, specialized in intellectual property and who will provide legal and administrative support to the Spanish headquarters of an international company in the agri-food sector with offices in Valencia.

Main functions:

* Monitor the registration and protection of new products and patents.
* Maintain, develop and review commercial contracts.
* Work in contact with the central legal headquarters and with external legal advisors.
* Develop work practices and procedures in the field of intellectual property and patent registration.
* Provide administrative support in office management and in collaboration with the commercial and technical departments.
* Coordinate office activities in constant contact with headquarters.
* Oversee the delegation’s development and office needs throughout the year.

Requisitos mínimos

* University studies in Business Administration
* Experience in a similar role
* Good knowledge of intellectual property
* A high level of English is essential for contact with the international headquarters (C1)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills


Valuable Requirements:

* Experience in the agri-food sector
* Double degree in Law and Business Administration
* 3rd language of the EU.
