RF Engineer (H/M/X)

From Manpower, we are looking for a Radio Frequency Engineer (RF) (H/M/X) to join the team of our client, an innovative project in the Defense and Space sector.

Mission:

The RF Engineer will be responsible for providing support in the definition, design, and testing of radio frequency (microwave) systems and radio over fiber technology. They will collaborate with various areas of the company to implement innovations and improvements in current products through research into new devices and high-frequency and photonic technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Design and development of RF and microwave devices.
  
• Continuous improvement in the design and execution of projects.
  
• Acquisition of microwave and opto-electronic components.
  
• Testing of RF systems and microwave devices.
  
• Coordination of test and measurement teams, following company procedures.
  
• Management of equipment rentals for projects.
  
• Acting as the technical interface with clients.
  

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering with a specialization in radiofrequency.
  
• Over 3 years of experience in tasks directly related to the role in the Defense or Space sector.
  

Technical Requirements (Hard Skills):

• Experience in designing RF circuits and transmission systems.
  
• Knowledge of antennas and wave propagation.
  
• Proficiency in simulation tools such as HFSS, CST Studio, and Keysight ADS.
  
• Basic knowledge of photonics and signal photodetection.
  
• Experience in RF circuits and DRF subsystems.
