In collaboration we are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a Italian-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their teams in Porto.

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer support to German-speaking customers by phone, email, chat and social media channels
Support our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our product and service
Actively work on the optimisation of all processes related to our customers, to constantly increase the happiness of our merchants
Closely work with other departments together, for example Sales and Marketing
