As a Customer Care Representative, you will answer inbound calls and/or emails from customers. Handle various types of requests that require different levels of troubleshooting, all while providing World Class Service to both internal and external customers, while working toward a goal of happy and returning clients.
You are the ideal candidate if you are a Native speaker of any European language for e.g. Czech, Slovak, Norwegian, Danish, Dutch, Bulgarian, Finnish, Croatian, Cypriot, Swedish, Greek, Polish, Romanian, Estonian, Slovenian and you have high level of English. You have also astonishing customer service skills, and a great communicator who is customer and goal oriented. Have good time management skills and a positive outlook. A motivated enthusiastic personality is always a plus.
· Full time Contract (3 Month Probation Period)
· Salary: 14.000 - 18.000€ euros + 10% Annual Increase
· Working hours: Monday to Friday: From 09 to 17 h (50 minutes
break time)
