Customer Service Agent with Dutch

Requirements:
- Experience in customer service
- Availability to work in rotating shifts from 9.00 am to 3.00 pm and from 3.00 pm to 9.00 pm.
- Have a place to live in Barcelona or the surrounding area.

We offer.
- Permanent full-time contract
- To be part of a newly formed team
- Two days off per week (alternating between Judges and Fridays and Saturdays and Sundays).
- Good working environment.

Experiencia requerida:
We will value profiles that have the right skills to perform an adequate customer service, we are especially interested in people who come from social studies backgrounds.

Formación requerida:
Any study in the social field will be positively valued, if you do not have higher education but you have some experience in customer service we will also value your application.

Idiomas requeridos:
Dutch at native or professional level.
