Production Coordinator

At Grupo Planeta, we are looking for a Production Coordinator to be part of our DeaPlaneta division.

Mission: Manage and coordinate material and maintained ongoing communication across our production partners and/or between departments.

What would be your main responsibilities?

• As a representative of Planeta, excellent communication and organizational skills are a must.


• Working closely with the Head of Production (HOP), the candidate will support contracts follow ups, schedules, and budgets under the supervision of the HOP.


• Knowledge and ease with budgeting and cost control processes.


• Set up meetings, take notes, and generate session reports.


• Manage tracking documents.


• Maintain the internal database and/or monthly reports up to date.


• Support on subsidies and tax refunds applications.

What are we looking for in your CV?

• Education: Studies in related fields such as Audiovisuals, Images and/or Technology or experience in related fields.


• Experience: 3 years of experience in similar positions and/or in 3D animation and/or VFX environments.


• Experience and/or knowledge in handling subsidies and tax refunds is highly recommended but not essential.


• Languages: English level B2-C1. - Catalan level B2, spoken and written


• Software: Advanced in Excel and Google and Microsoft Suite. Production tracking software such as Flow, Ftrack is essential.


• Skills: Creative problem solving, time management, detail-oriented, independence, proactivity, teamwork, communicative and proactive.
