Group Accountant / Consolidation Specialist. Bilbao.

Reporting to the Head of Group Accounting / Consolidation, his/her responsibilities will be, among others:

• Independent preparation of the consolidated financial statements, including all necessary consolidation entries. > 25 countries and >30 legal entities globally.


• Preparation of the annual notes to the consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS in German.


• Independent collaboration in accounting-specific projects, for example in the introduction of CSRD reporting and integration into the management report.


• Contact person for all domestic and foreign group companies with regard to IFRS accounting issues.


• Contact person for the auditors on all issues relating to Group accounting in accordance with IFRS.


• Further development and optimization of the SAP BPC consolidation software.

• Economics Degree / Business Administration or similar.


• High level of English is a must. Good level of German is desirable.


• From 5 years of experience in Consolidation accounting departments, within multinational environment.


• Good knowledge of SAP BPC.


• Knowledge and experience in dealing with IFRS and consolidation accounting internationally.


• Advanced Excel skills and MS Office package.


• Good communication skills and a cooperative working style.
