- Bring massive engagement through social media magic|Chance to enter the Crypto space as an impactful individual contributor
My client is a market leading international Crypto project that is looking to revamp its brand. We are looking for an innovative Director of Socials (m/f/d), who is both hands-on as an individual contributor, yet also a strategic thinker who can plan and execute a convincing, impactful social media plan across different platforms.
- Develop and implement a robust social media strategy that aligns with the brand's vision in the blockchain space
- Manage and grow the company's social media profiles and presence, including Twitter but not limited to it. LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube and other relevant channels
- Create and curate engaging content that educates and entertains the audience about the project and its impact in the Blockchain space
- Run comprehensive social media campaigns that go beyond hosting twitter spaces
- Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy within the blockchain industry in order to increase engagement and conversions
- Collaborate with influencers, thought leaders, and partners in the blockchain ecosystem to expand the project's reach and position it well

Requisitos mínimos
- Proven track record of success in managing social media channels for a company
- Web3 experience is a big plus, but we are looking for a candidate who has not only worked in the Crypto space so far, but who also worked for other industries and is a social media expert first (a background in a famous agency e.g. could be great)
- A strong combination of hands-on mentality combined with the ability to think strategically
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of the brand
