Crearte Consulting is selecting an IT SUPPORT for our client, a multinational located in Holland. This company is the world’s leading manufacturer of flexible diamond abrasives and electrolytically metallised fabrics. Founded in Switzerland in 1906, manufacturing abrasives since 1952 with more than 20 sales and distribution offices in Europe, North America, Middle East, Singapore, India, China and Australia as well as six manufacturing sites located in Switzerland, The Netherlands, Hungary, Portugal, United Arab Emirates and India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide first-level support for IT network maintenance, Microsoft Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Intune Endpoint, Sage X3, and other applications,
ensuring efficient and effective resolution of user issues.
- Assist with the maintenance and support of SQL, Analysis Service and Power BI reports, following directives from senior staff.
- Collaborate with the Mid-Level IT Support Analyst to receive ongoing training and mentorship, gradually increasing capability and responsibility levels.
- Contribute to IT projects as needed, under the guidance of more experienced team members.
- Document all support activities and resolutions in the IT ticket management system, ensuring clear and concise communication.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting enhancements to IT processes and systems.


Requisitos mínimos
Living or being able to work in Elburg (Netherland)

Qualifications:
- Degree or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred, but not required.
- Strong foundation in IT principles and a keen interest in technology.
- Basic understanding of network maintenance, Microsoft Azure AD, Intune Endpoint, and other IT systems relevant to the role.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a desire to learn.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and users.
- Advanced in English; additional languages are a plus.
