In collaboration we are searching for an Business Development Representative with German, to join our client's team in Dublin. Our client is a leader in outsourced inside sales, outsourced partner enablement, and outsourced customer success team.


  • Position: Business Development Representative

  • Location: Dublin, Republic of Ireland

  • Work model: Hybrid, 3 days per week at the office (after initial training)

  • Employment type: Full-time

  • Remuneration: Base salary + bonus

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Drive growth by creating sales-qualified opportunities and showing prospects how the product can revolutionize client's business

  • Proactively source new opportunities using cutting-edge technology and innovative approaches

  • Qualify leads and seamlessly hand them over to Account Executives for closing

  • Build long-lasting, impactful relationships with key stakeholders

  • Stay on top of daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics

  • Engage prospective clients through multiple channels, including phone, email, and LinkedIn

  • Consistently achieve sales goals and contribute to overall team success

  • Be a passionate advocate for company's product and services, generating interest and assessing the perfect fit for both parties

  • Quickly become an expert in company'sofferings, staying updated on the latest developments and services provided.




REQUIREMENTS:


  • Fluent in both German and English, with strong communication skills in both written and spoken forms

  • A burning passion for a career in sales

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in B2B/BDR (SaaS)

  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus but not mandatory

  • A growth mindset with a positive attitude, open to feedback and continuous improvement

  • Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to stay organized.
