What You’ll Bring:
Fluent English (C1) with excellent communication skills.
5-7 years of senior HRBP experience in tech, sales, or BPO sectors.
Proven leadership in managing HR teams and delivering people-centric solutions.
Expertise in employee relations (Ireland focus), DEI initiatives, and organizational change.
Strategic and analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
