Assistant CA Manager

We’re looking for an Assistant CA Manager to join our dynamic team in Palma, Mallorca.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about yachting who is organized, detail-oriented, and ready to support our CA Managers in delivering exceptional service and maintaining operational efficiency.

experience in the yachting industry or luxury hospitality preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Knowledge of charter destinations, yachts, and luxury service standards
Proficiency in CRM and yacht charter management software
Fluent in English; additional languages (Spanish, French, Dutch, Italian German) are a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Availability to attend yacht shows, events, and client meetings
Passion for luxury hospitality and delivering outstanding service to high-net-worth clients
