Cybersecurity Specialist

Our firm is a benchmark in our sector, currently with more than 270 points of sale, it is in an intense process of expansion and implementation of our brand at a national level, which leads us to the selection in our Systems department of a Specialist in Cybersecurity, with residence in Madrid.

You will be responsible for ensuring the security of our systems and data, overseeing the implementation of cybersecurity solutions, managing incidents and working closely with specialist service providers. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and practical experience detecting and responding to security incidents, as well as implementing and maintaining cybersecurity measures.

Responsibilities:

* Supervision of the implementation of cybersecurity measures and technologies, ensuring that they comply with established standards.
* Vulnerability management, leading the identification, evaluation and remediation of possible risks in systems and applications.
* Monitor networks and systems for suspicious or malicious activity using advanced security tools.
* Coordination with cybersecurity service providers, managing service agreements (SLAs) and ensuring their alignment with the company's security objectives.
* Cybersecurity incident management, leading the response and containment to attacks or security breaches, minimizing their impact on operations.
* Continuous monitoring of systems, proactively identifying vulnerabilities and ensuring constant improvement of the security infrastructure.
* Generation of periodic reports on the security status, managed vulnerabilities and resolved incidents.
* Implement, configure and maintain security tools and solutions such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS/IPS) and antivirus.
* Document and communicate penetration testing findings to relevant teams for remediation.
* Collaborate with the security team to develop and implement security policies and procedures.
* Provide technical support and advice on cybersecurity to other departments.
* Regular monitoring and communication of key KPIs for security governance.

* Higher technical training in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity or equivalent experience.
* Minimum 4 years experience in a cybersecurity specialist/analyst role.
* Working knowledge of security tools such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, antivirus and SIEM.
* Experience in exploiting vulnerabilities and pentesting techniques.
* Ability to define cybersecurity policies and strategies, with the ability to make critical decisions based on technical criteria.
* English level B2
* Good communication skills and ability to work as a team.
