Grupo NS incorporates a Payroll Specialist to incorporate a client from the ICT sector, international and with the possibility of remote work (3 days a week). We need you to join immediately and reside in Madrid or nearby since you will have to attend the offices 2 days/week.
Tasks to perform:
* Comprehensive Personnel Management: Oversee all aspects of personnel administration, including payroll calculations, contracts, settlements, hirings, and terminations, collective agreements.
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all practices comply with company policies and legal regulations.
* Management Tools: Utilize Excel and ADP payroll software for efficient management and reporting.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the Human Resources department to support overall HR functions and with Accouting team in order to be sure the accounting file are ok
* Accurate Documentation: Maintain precise and up-to-date records and documentation.
Requisitos mínimos
Requirements:
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role in HR.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and experience with ADP payroll software.
* Languages: Strong command of English (at least B2+ level). Strong command of Spanish (at least B2+ level)
* Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
