Leading multinational hospitality firm.





  • You will work very closely with agency partners, internal stakeholders, and wider cross-channel marketing managers to establish creative best practice, guidelines and ways of working to ensure our social media and influencers content and plan is engaging, relevant and effective.

  • Define the strategy and implementation across different social media platforms and influencer marketing landscape to achieve marketing goals.

  • Definition of the territories and weights for each Social Media platform to achieve communication goals

  • Review and closely follow-up on management, creation and publication of Social Media and Influencer Marketing content.

  • Definition and supervision of Q&A with the Community Manager and Customer Service on Social Media.

  • Coordination of organic and paid media to enhance social media content and achieve marketing objectives.

  • Development of creative ways to activate and grow our audience on social media platforms, demonstrating excellent judgment, instincts, and a deep understanding of the social media landscape.

  • Analyze social trends, algorithms, competitors, and the broader social environment to discern user preferences and behaviours, informing content strategy.

  • Management and coordination with the monthly and annual shooting production company to produce assets to fulfil Social Media and Influencer Marketing content.

  • Weekly and Monthly creation and analysis of OKR, KPIS and secondary metrics to measure impact and determine improvements to be included on the Social Media & Influencer Marketing strategy and plan.




  • Base salary + competitive bonus

  • 1 day working from home




Requisitos mínimos

  • 6+ years of experience, non-internship, scaling cross-functional marketing programs, especially on Social Media & Influencer Marketing.

  • Experience in retail / hospitality sector is a must.

  • Experience defining, building, executing and scaling cross-functional Social Media & Influencer Marketing programs.

  • Experience using Social Media Listening Platforms and Influencer Marketing platforms ecosystem.

  • Fluency in English is a must (C1)

  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills, including using data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs to develop business cases.

  • Presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership.

  • High attention to detail.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.

  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders, in different locations.
