Representative Agent

Our team is growing, and we are looking for enthusiastic and customer focused individuals who are looking for new challenges. We are hiring Representative Agent for an incoming agency in Mallorca.

As a Representative Agent you will welcome and assist the customer during their holidays offering them a marvellous experience in Mallorca. The ideal candidate will also solve any queries they might have being able to solve them and help them make the most out of their holidays.

The main responsibilities are:

• Visiting and promoting the company's products to existing clients and attract new ones.


• Offer our excursions and other services to the customers.


• Support our customers with their issues or queries.


• Support to the assistance of customers at the airport and their transport from the airport to the hotel.

• Own vehicle.


• Minimum experience of one year in a similar position.


• Customer service oriented.


• Good communication skills.


• Advanced level of English and German is necessary.


• Flexible working schedule.
