Mission

Manage the daily data entry and verification processes, ensuring that fragrance formulations and raw materials complies with internal requirements and company standards enabling efficiency of all involved departments.

Functions

• SAP Code Management:?Oversee the creation and maintenance of codes in the SAP system, resolve issues, and optimize workflow efficiency

• Database Control:?Conduct studies and correct inaccurate data to maintain a reliable database

• Procedure Documentation:?Draft and update departmental work procedures to ensure clarity and compliance

• Interdepartmental Collaboration:?Work closely with other departments to extract requested information and modify data as needed

• Project Participation:?Collaborate on both internal and external projects as requested by the manager, and take full responsibility for some projects

• Support and Backup:?Provide backup and support to Key Users within the department

• Cross-Departmental Relations:?Maintain relationships with departments involved in code creation, both at Head Quarters and subsidiaries (Asia, Middle East, Europe and Latin America)

• IT Collaboration:?Work with the IT department to resolve issues and support other departments requiring assistance with master data

Experience required:

At least 1 year of experience in database management-related work.

Educational Background:

Intermediate or Advanced Degree.

Languages:

Spanish: bilingual.

English: high.
