About the Role:
An opportunity has arisen for a PBX (Telephone Operator) position to join our Rooms Department at Jumeirah Mallorca.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:
•Handles internal and external calls with professionalism and efficiency, following brand standards.
•Keeps phone lists and relevant information on hotel products, services, and events up to date.
•Ensures guest information confidentiality in management systems (PMS, Reservations, Guest Requests).
•Maintains clear communication with colleagues and other departments to optimize operations and guest satisfaction.
•Supports the Front Office team with tasks related to the guest experience.

About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Qualification & Experience:
•High school diploma or equivalent required.
•Previous experience in the 5-star hospitality market preferred.
•Familiarity with hotel management systems such as Opera PMS desirable.
Skills & Competencies:
•High level of written and verbal proficiency in English and Spanish; knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
•Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
•Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
•Professional, courteous, and guest-oriented approach.
•Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
•Adaptability and a proactive attitude in providing exceptional service.
