- Develop, design and deliver innovative and high-quality menus
- Manage, motivate and develop a high performing kitchen team

Requisitos mínimos
A successful Executive Chef should have:
- Formal culinary training
- Experience in a similar role within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry
- Proven track record of menu development
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of various cuisines and modern cooking techniques
- Excellent communication skills
