• Lead the administration and continuous evolution of our development platforms, ensuring seamless integration of innovative and efficient solutions.


• Define and enforce development standards and best practices across the organization, ensuring consistency and quality in every implementation.


• Manage and optimize key development environments such as Python (Anaconda), Visual Studio, and Eclipse, and enhance automation through CI/CD pipelines.


• Oversee the administration of our GitHub repository and support the application lifecycle using tools like LeanIX and Cloud ALM.


• Act as the technical leader for Azure and SAP BTP services, providing strategic support for the growth of our development initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.


• Strong experience in IT development platform administration, with a strong focus on Low-code / No-code / Pro-code environments.


• Deep expertise in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and experience establishing development standards.


• Fluency in English (B2 level or higher), with the ability to effectively communicate in international and technical environments.


• Exceptional leadership and negotiation skills, with a focus on solving complex problems and presenting technological solutions to diverse stakeholders.


• Bonus: Knowledge of German and experience with Microsoft Power and Simplifier.
