  • Target, develop and close opportunities in Enterprise Accounts in the vertical or territory assigned.

  • Enhance customer relationships managing and coordinating all activities between the company and customer stakeholder.

  • Promote the full range of products and services from our's solutions.

  • Create Sales Account plans which will identify, quantify, and recommend sales action plans to address new business opportunities consistent with overall our strategy.

  • Employ available Sales Engagement Deliverables to demonstrate efficient, focused and aligned execution.

  • Proactively communicate to understand customers' needs and help improve processes;

  • Cooperate with team members on large and international accounts

  • Collect and analyse data, to learn more about client behavior

  • Coordinate with client support and others so that the client's expectations are met.

  • Understand and practise Solution Sales Mechanisms .

  • Enterprise Account Management skills. Funnel management, C-level engagement, ROI analysis, Account Penetration, Planning, Mapping, Analysis, Negotiation, Presentation skills.

  • Work with individual targets and execute aligned with team goals.

  • Provide Customer and market insight and feedback.

  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction and brand integrity.

  • Deal with main IT distributors and IT brands and negotiate special conditions for your customer's projects.

  • Work on original ways to develop awareness around the company in Spain and globally (networking events, online content...)

  • Manage the daily needs of customers: Customer support, Account Management role, draft proposals, tender and quotations according to our client needs...etc.

Requisitos mínimos

  • Minimum 8-10 years IT solutions sales and key account management experience with a proven track record of projects/accounts won focused in the area assign.

  • Previous experience in consultative sales, B2B

  • A proven track record of building long-term relationships in large enterprise accounts

  • Experienced in IT consultancy project sales

  • Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people (category management, Procurement Manager, IT manager, Channel Manager, marketing, accounting).

  • Ability to show creativity and a different way of thinking will be essential.

  • Tasks, priorities and time management

  • Must be self motivated and capable of working under own initiative to be success and reach his/her own goals.

  • Languages: Spanish as native speaker + fluent to work in English (C1). Catalonian is a plus.

  • Good communication skills
