In collaboration we are searching for German speaking Inbound Sales Representative, to join our client's team in Dublin. Our client is a leader in outsourced inside sales, outsourced partner enablement, and outsourced customer success team

Location: Dublin, Republic of Ireland

Work model: on-site

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonus

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Implement the lead qualification process and framework by effectively assessing and advancing leads through the sales funnel

  • Act as a key advocate for the client's products and services, generating interest, raising awareness of the client’s value proposition, and evaluating the alignment between client needs and solutions

  • Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets to support both team and client objectives

  • Acquire and maintain an up-to-date, thorough understanding of the client's products and services

  • Promote customer success stories and effectively communicate their value to potential prospects

  • Ensure rigorous lead and opportunity management by tracking interactions and updating CRM records

  • Schedule appointments for sales teams based on established qualification criteria, maintaining high levels of engagement and conversion

  • Provide valuable insights into market trends, product feedback, and customer perspectives based on interactions with clients

  • Identify potential problems that can be addressed creatively and offer well-considered solutions.




REQUIREMENTS:


  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, including making recommendations, supporting the buying process, handling objections, and providing customer service, with preferred experience in managing high volumes of queries across various platforms

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, business, or a related field

  • Fluent in German and English, with strong communication skills in both languages, and proficiency in basic computer skills, Microsoft Office, GSuite, and CRMs

  • Self-confident, with exceptional listening skills, the ability to build trust quickly, and effective organization and time management skills, including multitasking and working under pressure

  • Keen attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, collaborative team player, and a positive attitude with a willingness to learn and accept constructive feedback.
