Lease Consultant with German (Dublin)

In collaboration we are working with a leading Telecommunications company who are looking to recruit a German-speaking Lease Consultant in Dusseldorf, Germany or Dublin Ireland

Location: Dusseldorf, Germany or Dublin Ireland

Work model: Hybrid after 6 months, details to be discussed

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + commissions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Achieving targets and enjoying uncapped commission


• Preparing proposals and negotiating contract terms with property owners via phone calls in regards to possible setup of telecom antennas


• Following up with property owners and getting commitments


• Being organised and updating MD7’s internal database


• Thriving in an international environment alongside other talented and innovated individuals.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native-level of German and basic English fluency


• Enthusiastic with a desire to learn


• Sales and negotiations background is needed


• The ability to work independently while also being a team player


• Computer skills with proficiency in Excel, Outlook and Word
