In collaboration we are working with a leading Telecommunications company who are looking to recruit a German-speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team in Dublin.

Location: Dublin, Ireland

Work model: hybrid

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + commissions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for roles across German-speaking markets

  • Utilize various strategies to attract and engage top talent

  • Conduct proactive searches for both active and passive candidates

  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for critical roles in German-speaking regions to support future hiring needs

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing requirements

  • Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews, assessing candidates for cultural fit, technical skills, and career goals

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience

  • Support and enhance the company’s employer branding initiatives

  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with local employment laws, data protection regulations, and internal policies

  • Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities

  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment strategies

  • Regularly report on recruitment progress, KPIs, and challenges to management, ensuring alignment with hiring targets and timelines.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent written and spoken German language skills are essential, with proficiency in English required for internal communication

  • At least 1 year of experience in a recruitment role, particularly focused on German-speaking regions

  • Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders at various levels

  • Proven experience in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and headhunting

  • Experience in conducting interviews and assessments, with a solid understanding of evaluating technical and cultural fit

  • Ability to work closely with hiring managers and provide recruitment best practices and market insights

  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines

  • Flexibility to adjust to changing business needs and priorities with a positive

  • Comfortable using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools

  • Understanding of cultural nuances and employment laws specific to the German market.
