In collaboration we are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Dutch speaking Channel Account Manager for their Benalmádena office.

Location: Malaga, Spain

Employment type: Full-time

Work model: on-site

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Assess quickly the customer needs and uncovering potential sales opportunities

  • Lead confidently customers through all steps of their journey

  • Ability to develop a sound technical understanding of the client's cloud services as well as its cost & monitoring potential

  • Successfully gain the trust of the customers by providing high quality technical expertise in order clarify their questions & handle their objections

  • Possess strong sales capability in order to fully understand the client's cloud sales lifecycle and to asses accurately customers' stage levels

  • Ability to discover sales opportunities which are not always too apparent, such as future upcoming projects, follow-up to test phases, etc.

  • Provide critical product and program feedback to operations, business groups, product groups, and engineering teams

  • Strong passion for IT and client support

  • Acquaintance with cloud products.


REQUIREMENTS:


  • Native/fluent in Dutch, verbal and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)

  • Previous experience working with or selling with Cloud software

  • Be a holder of a Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) Certification or any relevant diploma will is preferred but not essential

  • Demonstrated experience with CRM/ERP systems and (IT) sales processes

  • Prior training and/or usage of Challenger will be considered as a strong advantage

  • Proven ability to successfully approach and onboard new customers quickly with efficient negotiation skills

  • Ability to demonstrate previous experience as a Trusted Advisor who is able to advise on high-level strategy and overall IT spendings

  • Excellent time management skills with high levels of integrity who is able to work independently as well as under supervision

  • Outstanding communication skills to confidently articulate and share program information with Senior Management

  • Provide high-quality product and program insights to stakeholders.
