En dependencia del Jefe del Área y tras un período de formación, la persona seleccionada se encargará de dar apoyo técnico y comercial a los clientes en la zona y sectores asignados (Tratamiento de aguas, Industria, riego, detergencia y piscina).

Colaborar en el desarrollo de las funciones ordinarias de la Sección (Control de riesgos de Balance y Control de la actividad del Departamento de Tesorería y Mercado de Capitales).

Reportando a la dirección general de la empresa, sus principales funciones serán, entre otras:

La persona liderará el equipo de Back Office desarrollando las siguientes funciones:

• Gestión del core bancario revisando que da el adecuado soporte para el alta de clientes y de los productos de activo y pasivo bancario contratados por los clientes.
• Identificación de carencias a nivel operativo del core bancario en su integración con el resto de los sistemas de la entidad y propuesta de soluciones con apoyo del proveedor de la aplicación, con apoyo de departamento de IT y en base a las necesidades identificadas por la dirección, la función de gestión de riesgos o los responsables de negocio.
• Coordinar el correcto flujo de información y carga entre los sistemas empleados por el Back-Office de servicios de inversión y el core bancario.Conocimiento de producto bancario: Cuenta corriente a la vista, depósitos a plazo fijo, préstamos y créditos de clientes institucionales PYME, arrendamientos financieros (maquinaria industrial)

About the Job

Throughout the program, the selected candidates will learn about our venture building methodology and will work hand-in-hand with our Building team in our Insigths phase to understand market problems, trends, and possible solutions. In our Labs phase, candidates will learn how to validate a business concept from scratch, apply experiments, build MVPs, and implement pilots to learn from real-life experiences. Once our business concepts are validated, during the Ventures phase, we accompany the new venture through its set-up, go-to-market, and early growth challenges.

As a part of this program, you will:

• Establish people-centric business strategies for our ventures, fusing the practices of design and strategy to structure the business impact of design at a strategic, operational, and organizational level.
• Uncover user needs through research, develop deep insights, generate business concepts, and craft how people will interact with the products and services we build.
• Design and build digital validation artifacts, as well as prototypes and final products, to validate our business concepts.
• Unleash the power of venture building and our validation methodology using no-code tools and get out of the building to test any experiment as a true street fighter.
• Pivot as often as the business model canvas requires to get the problem-solution fit as quickly as possible. Less is more and frugality is our best traveling companion.

To apply to this cohort, you need to fulfill the following requirements:

• Be an early master’s graduate (or about to graduate) in any of the following fields: business, innovation, marketing, finance, entrepreneurship, technology, engineering, or any other relevant field.
• Have full-time availability for 6 months.

As our FinOps, your role will primarily involve managing and enhancing cloud costs for RavenPack. You'll collaborate within a team to implement and uphold FinOps practices and methodologies, emphasizing the analysis of cloud usage and expenditure data to pinpoint areas for cost optimization.

You will track down costs, make inventories, develop automation scripts, and be in charge of the providers roster and renewals calendar. You will be part of the Operations Team, so a minimum SysAdmin experience is required.
