Realització de reunions de veïns, confecció d`actes
Registrar informació al sistema informàtic (no realitzarà la comptabilitat de les comunitats ni emissió d`estats comptables).
Horari: 09 a 13h i de 16 a 20h de dilluns a dijous i divendres de 09 a 14h , treballant un divendres de cada 8 setmanes. Es realitzen aproximadament dues reunions setmanals de mitjana fora d`aquest horari que es compensen amb hores laborables.
Cal tenir experiència en tracte amb el públic, ser una persona pràctica i resolutiva. Estem pensant en una persona amb capacitat per resoldre problemes, saber negociar i tenir molt poder de convicció per tal d'explicar les idees i saber reconduir els conflictes.
Per aquest és necessària experiència com a Gestor/a de comunitats d`almenys dos anys.

Contracte indefinit
Salari brut anual: 28.000 euros, en 15 pagues
