Buscamos un/a Director de Venta Directa Hotelera en Keytel para nuestras oficina de Barcelona.

 

 

¿De qué serás responsable?

 

  • Dirigir y liderar los equipos del proyecto de Canal Directo, incluyendo los equipos de contenidos web, marketing digital, channel management y soporte técnico. Garantizar la alineación y colaboración eficaz entre las diferentes áreas para cumplir los objetivos del proyecto.
     

  • Participar activamente del proceso de captación comercial de cuentas que deben de ser estratégicas para el proyecto, tanto a nivel nacional como internacional.
     

  • Coordinar con otros departamentos clave, como Gestión de Cuentas, Revenue Management, Comercial y Tecnología, para garantizar que las estrategias de venta directa estén alineadas con los objetivos globales del grupo y las necesidades de los hoteles asociados.
     

  • Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias para mejorar las ventas directas hoteleras, trabajando estrechamente con los hoteles asociados para optimizar sus canales propios.
     

  • Identificar oportunidades de optimización de las principales cuentas y gestionar la relación comercial con ellas.
     

  • Supervisar y analizar métricas clave de rendimiento, como ROAS, conversión de tráfico web y revenue directo, proporcionando reportes regulares y acciones correctivas.
     

  • Asesorar a los hoteles en estrategias de marketing digital, incluyendo campañas SEM, SEO y metasearch, con el objetivo de captar, convertir y fidelizar clientes.
     

  • Implementar tecnologías avanzadas que favorezcan la paridad de precios, optimización de tarifas y una experiencia de usuario de alta calidad.
     

  • Mantenerse actualizado sobre tendencias del sector en hospitalidad, e-commerce y travel tech para garantizar la innovación continua.


 

¿Qué buscamos?

 

  • Educación: Grado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Turismo, Marketing o disciplinas relacionadas. Un MBA o Máster en Marketing Digital o Gestión Hotelera es un plus.
     
  • Experiencia: De 3 a 5 años de experiencia en dirección relacionados con ventas directas hoteleras, e-commerce o revenue management.
     
  • Excelentes habilidades analíticas y financieras.
     
  • Fuertes capacidades de comunicación y presentación.
     
  • Habilidad para trabajar de manera efectiva con múltiples partes interesadas.
     
  • Conocimiento profundo de la industria hotelera, modelos de management, franquicia y las nuevas tendencias del mercado.
     
  • Conocimiento en revenue management, comercialización, distribución y venta directa.
     
  • Experiencia previa en modelos de franquicia hotelera, Conocimiento profundo del entorno digital y distribución hotelera.
     
  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y tomar decisiones informadas.
     
  • Idiomas: Imprescindible inglés avanzado (C1 o superior). Otros idiomas serán valorados.

Your Tasks

Your tasks:

  • Monitor importation of product data into our product-to-consumer (P2P) platform
  • Create feeds and map all data onto the attributes that each channel requires and automate the export of CSV, TXT, XML or JSON files
  • Define KPIs, and build dashboards
  • Data analysis and A/B testing for our marketing campaigns on sales channels
  • Work with change streams of data objects which are based on a data mesh concept

Your Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in the field of Data Engineering
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with Datawarehouse solutions (e.g. GCP BigQuery, AWS Redshift, etc.)

  • Data analysis skills and ability to create Dashboards to visualize Data in form of reports

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product-Led Website Design & Optimization:
    • Design and UX: Create a website experience that seamlessly integrates product discovery, onboarding, and activation flows to guide users toward self-service sign-ups, trials, and product engagement.

    • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Continuously test, measure, and optimize landing pages, signup flows, and in-product experiences to improve conversion rates and reduce friction for users.

    • User-Centric Design: Ensure that the website experience is tailored to both new and existing users, with intuitive navigation and messaging aligned with different stages of the user journey.

    • A/B Testing & Experimentation: Run continuous experiments (A/B, multivariate testing) to enhance user activation and product adoption, based on data-driven insights.

Skills and Qualifications:

Job Overview


As the Art and Motion Director, you will spearhead the visual design strategy and motion production. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams of AI engineers, UX/UI designers, and creative technologists to craft engaging and innovative digital experiences.
