Aquesta persona exercirà un paper crucial en la gestió global del departament de tecnologies de la informació (IT) per a un dels seus clients i per a la mateixa empresa. Aquest rol implica la supervisió i administració de diverses plataformes i serveis, incloent-hi entorns Office 365, Active Directory, virtualització amb VmWare i VeamBackup, gestió de proveïdors externs, assistència a l'usuari (Nivell 2 de helpdesk), ticketing, i la gestió de xarxes i seguretat, incloent Firewall FortiNet.
Quines seran les teves funcions principals?
Les principals responsabilitats, per a la companyia i els clients de la mateixa, seran:
• Gestió de l'Entorn Office 365: administrar la gestió documental, supervisar i mantenir Exchange Online, garantir la integritat i seguretat de les dades a l'entorn Office 365.
• Administració del Domini Active Directory: gestionar i mantenir lestructura del domini Active Directory, implementar polítiques de seguretat i d'accés.
• Virtualització amb VmWare i VeamBackup: mantenir i optimitzar entorns virtualitzats, realitzar còpies de seguretat i assegurar la recuperació de dades.
• Assistència a l'Usuari (Nivell 2 de Helpdesk): proporcionar suport tècnic avançat als usuaris, resoldre problemes de hardware i software de manera eficient.
• Ticketing: gestionar el sistema de tiquets per al seguiment efectiu de problemes i sol·licituds.
• Gestió de VPNs, Xarxes i Networking: configurar i mantenir connexions VPN segures, supervisar la infraestructura de xarxa i resoldre problemes relacionats.
