About the Role

We're seeking a Global Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager to join our dynamic team and drive & manage sales, prospecting, business development and opportunities of RavenPack's industry-leading GenAI and SaaS services. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in democratizing access to real-time, high-quality financial data through our comprehensive suite of offerings, including our latest GenAI platform, Bigdata.com. You will report directly to the Director of Sales and collaborate closely with our Sales Executives, Data Science, and Marketing teams to achieve your goals.

Key Responsibilities

? Manage, mentor and motivate a team of SDRs in our NY, Madrid & Marbella offices and exceed lead generation goals.

? Provide regular coaching and feedback to team members on performance, sales tactics, and career development.

? Prospect and qualify leads from a list of targeted contacts and accounts.

? Present and clearly communicate RavenPack’s value proposition to major decision-makers.

? Leverage leading-edge sales and marketing tools to research and identify ideal personas to prospect.

? Track and manage prospects through Salesforce.com.

? Perform high volume outbound prospecting through emailing campaigns, calls and research tools such as LinkedIn or Salesforce.

? Schedule and proactively set up meetings between qualified leads and Sales Executives.

? Re-engag estale or missed leads and opportunities.

? Work closely with Sales and Marketing team members to achieve organizational goals. Qualifications

? 3+yearsofsales or SDR experience with SaaS or data products for financial institutions

? Proficient with CRM tools

? Demonstrated success in managing or coaching sales development teams to meet or

exceed quotas.

? Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

? Proven record of meeting and exceeding targets

? Exceptional time management and organizational abilities

? Superior pre-call planning, opportunity qualification and objection handling skills.

? Aptitude to manage time effectively, prioritize and multitask across regions and time zones

A Cloud DevOps to join RavenPack’s Operations Team in our office in Marbella or remotely.

Join RavenPack and help us manage knowledge extracted from hundreds of thousands of documents each day, all in real-time. You will deploy, monitor and manage hundreds of servers across multiple different environments, and help maintain 99.99% uptime on a system processing multi-terabytes of information in real time.

As a Cloud DevOps you will be reporting directly to the Cloud Computing Manager and will interact with an international team of developers skilled in SQL, Python, Java, and Cloud technologies.

The ability to communicate effectively in English both in writing and verbally is a must. Knowledge of Spanish is not a business requirement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing the Linux system from scratch

  • Proven professional experience within the Cloud environment (We are using AWS!)

  • Demonstrable skills with scripting languages (Python, Bash) or equivalent technologies.

You will work closely with the Operations Manager, proactively taking ownership of repair needs, vendor coordination, and supporting office expansion and renovation projects.

    • Experience: At least 3 years in back office management or a similar role.

                        RavenPack is looking for a Linguistic Analyst to help us interpret complex language patterns, enhance our AI and NLP (Natural Language Processing) capabilities, and contribute to the creation of more accurate and meaningful data models.

                        As a Linguistics Analyst, you will bridge the gap between human language and machine learning. You'll work closely with other members of the Linguistics team, developers, internal tools team and other stakeholders to analyze text data, build linguistic models and patterns, and ensure the language components of our analytics platform are robust and reliable. Your work will enhance sentiment analysis, text classification, and automated language processing systems, helping our clients gain deeper insights from their data.

                        This position is for our Marbella office, Spain. You will report directly to a senior member of the Linguistics team and training will be provided.
