Su cartera incluye activos inmobiliarios premium en ubicaciones privilegiadas de toda Europa, con un valor superior a los 500 millones de euros en proyectos en España.

La estrategia de la empresa se centra en la adquisición y gestión de activos de alta calidad, generando valor a través de una gestión integral, desde la originación hasta la venta final.

Recientemente han adquirido un Centro Comercial en Madrid, y buscan expandir su equipo con un Property & Asset Manager Analyst para gestionar y maximizar el rendimiento de este activo.

Funciones:

  • Gestión de activos y propiedades: Responsabilidad completa de la gestión del Centro Comercial, incluyendo actividades de leasing, gestión de alquileres, mantenimiento y planificación de CAPEX, con el objetivo de maximizar la rentabilidad y el valor del activo.
  • Relación con partners estratégicos: Colaboración continua con partner del grupo, el partner en leasing y marketing, actuando como nexo entre las dos empresas.
  • Presentación de informes y reporting: Preparación y presentación de informes financieros y de rendimiento a bancos e inversores; reportes trimestrales sobre el progreso del plan de negocio.
  • Planificación y ejecución de mejoras: Propuestas de mejoras estratégicas en el activo, y supervisión de la implementación de estándares corporativos de la empresa.
  • Colaboración transversal: Trabajo directo con los equipos de gestión de la empresa en otros fondos y activos, participando en reuniones y colaborando con las oficinas de Londres para asegurar la alineación de los objetivos estratégicos.

  • Salario competitivo: 30.000 - 35.000€ BA + una parte variable de entre 10-15%.
