Som una Fundació compromesa amb l'educació, la formació i la inclusió social dels joves. Treballem des de la intervenció directa per oferir-los oportunitats de creixement personal i social.

Quina serà la teva missió:

  • Dinamitzar un espai de trobada que fomenti la relació entre els joves de manera integral i inclusiva.
  • Crear una programació d'activitats ludicoculturals i educatives, adaptades a les seves necessitats, diversitat i època de l'any.
  • Impulsar espais d'oci alternatiu i accions preventives, treballant la participació juvenil i la prevenció de conductes de risc.
  • Gestió administrativa: Redacció d'informes, gestió d'inscripcions i registre mensual de participació.
  • Treball en xarxa amb professionals, serveis, entitats i instituts del territori.
  • Coordinació i planificació: Participació en reunions per a la gestió del servei i accions comunitàries adreçades als joves.
  • Col·laborar en la creació d'un catàleg de recursos per millorar l'oferta d'activitats al territori.

Què Oferim:

  • Jornada: 30h setmanals.
  • Horari dilluns i dimecres 15.00 a 20.30 h, dimarts de 10.30 a 14.30 h i de 15.30 a 20.30 h, dijous i divendres de 15.30 a 20.30 h. Flexibilitat + horari de matins al juliol per realitzar els casals d'estius.

Buscamos un JEFE DE OBRAS, con inquietud y ganas, organizado, resolutivo, comunicativo y acostumbrado al trabajo en equipo, con liderazgo en obra y colaborativo.
• Realización de obras. Estudio inicial de la obra en general, petición de ofertas y realización de comparativos, contrataciones.

La situación del JEFE DE OBRA dentro de la empresa supone una escala media con un posicionamiento entre el DELEGADO DE OBRA CIVIL y EL ENCARGADO.
El JEFE DE OBRA deberá tener una relación constante con el Cliente final o en su caso, con la Dirección de Obra designada por el cliente.
La empresa tiene actualmente un total de 115 trabajadores, con un parque de maquinaria y transporte propios y con diversificación de actividades en el sector.
Se ejecutan tanto obras públicas como privadas en los campos de la obra civil y la edificación industrial.

Your Responsibilities:

As a Quant Researcher, you will join the “Quantitative Investment Strategies (QIS) Team,” consisting of four quant researchers dedicated to feature engineering and developing systematic trading strategies. You will create research workflows to enhance RavenPack’s reputation as a thought leader in the alternative data industry and present systematic workflows to conduct fundamental analysis. What We're Looking For:

  • A MSc in Data Analysis, Quantitative Finance, or Economics.

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience as a data scientist or quantitative researcher, manipulating large and noisy alternative datasets for features engineering.

  • Outstanding analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to conduct fundamental analysis in a systematic and quantitative way.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Python, and in at least Dash, StreamLit, or RepLit web applications.

      Who We’re Looking For

      We are seeking a talented Revenue Analyst to join our Sales team in Marbella, Spain. In this role, you will leverage tools such as Salesforce CRM to enhance our sales, client services, and marketing strategies. Your mission will be to ensure CRM data integrity, create insightful reports, and build strategic dashboards that drive decision-making. You will work closely with executive leadership to refine go-to-market strategies and use your expertise in Salesforce and Power BI to deliver actionable insights.       About the Role

      We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee and optimize the revenue cycle and billing operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in finance and accounting, exceptional analytical skills, and proven experience in managing billing processes and revenue operations. This role is vital to ensuring accurate revenue recognition, efficient billing processes, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

      Responsibilities

      • Lead process creation and automation of Billing and Collection tools including: SAP, Subscription Management System, Salesforce, Cloud Marketplaces, in-house dev tools

      • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as GTM Operations, product management & engineering, and IT to identify areas for enhancing the customer experience and streamline Order-to-Cash processes

      • Implement and maintain customer onboarding procedures including customer records and structure, new customer data templates, review contracts for billing terms, credit policies, and fulfilling customer onboarding requests

      • Develop and implement policies and procedures to scale with the business

      • Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to manage credit risk effectively

      • Review new subscriptions / customers for proper revenue recognition & billing configuration

      • Monitor and update existing customers based on upgrades, downgrades or amendments to contracts

      • Responsible for all billing, accounts receivable, and collections reporting including communication with customers, sales team members, executives, and other stakeholders

      • Oversee complete Month end close journal entries, reconciliations, cash forecasts, and fluctuation analysis in the Order-to-Cash cycle

      • Validation of monthly revenue and deferred revenue from usage based customers

      • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) related to billing operations, revenue collection, and customer billing

      • Coordinate with the Tax team to ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards

      • Knowledge of sales-type taxes: US sales tax, VAT, withholding taxes

      • Prepare related monthly/quarterly sales tax filings and quarterly nexus reviews

      • Lead, mentor, and develop the billing and revenue operations team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

      • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.

      • Train team members on billing and revenue policies, procedures, and systems.


      Required Experience

      • Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

      • Minimum 5+ years of experience working in billing in a high-growth SaaS or Software environment

      • Experience with specifically high volume, low dollar B2B business processes

      We’re looking for

      RavenPack is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist with at least 5 years of accounting experience to join our Finance Department in Marbella. You will be reporting directly to the AR Manager and you will collaborate with the Client Services, Account Management and Sales department.

      The ideal candidate will overview the client's subscription process, invoicing, collection and support accounting practices. We are looking for a professional with a high level of English, spoken and written, as most of the communication with clients will be through email.

      Responsibilities

      Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

      • Interpreting the content of the subscribers’ contracts and exporting the relevant data into Salesforce and SAP.

      • Following up with the existing and new accounts, and ensuring that the terms of the contracts are met.

      • Issuing invoices to customers, monthly customer statements, and updating customer files.

      • Assisting in account analysis and reconciliation, including bank statements.

      • Preparing journal entries.

      • Assisting in the preparation of VAT and Tax returns.

      • Compiling data and preparing a variety of financial reports.
