AGENTES TELEFÓNICOS EXPERIENCIA EN INCIDENCIAS/DUDAS TÉCNICAS DE MÓVILES Desde Grupo Crit estamos buscando varios/as agente telefónicos para dar respuesta a dudas e incidencias de sector telefonía para trabajar en una multinacional alemana especializada en sector Call Center ubicado en Ventas (el metro El Carmen). *FUNCIONES: -Atención integral del servicio de Chat, Teléfono y email dando respuesta a las necesidades del cliente, en base a los procedimientos, estándares y objetivos de calidad establecidos. -Atención y resolución eficaz de las incidencias, consultas y dudas del cliente -Cumplimiento de los KPI's de la campaña. -Actualización de conocimientos a través de los argumentarios y procedimientos asociados al servicio -Actualización y gestión de las bases de datos *SE OFRECE: * Contrato estable, contrato inicial con ETT 3 MESES (contratos renovables) * Jornadas: con disponibilidad de Lunes a Sábado (distribuídos los horarios con los descansos que establece la ley):- . CLIENTE- TELEPEAJES (Madrid) Desde Grupo Crit estamos buscando varios/as teleoperadores/as con experiencia en atención al cliente y resolución de incidencias para dar servicio a una gran empresa del sector del telepeaje trabajando dentro de una multinacional alemana especializada en sector Call Center ubicada en la zona de Ventas (metro El Carmen). FUNCIONES: * Recepción de llamadas. * Atención al cliente. * Resolución de incidencias y atención vía telefónica y correo. SE OFRECE: * Contrato estable con ETT (contratos renovables). * Jornada de 30h horas semanales, con disponibilidad de Lunes a viernes * Horario: 12.00 a 18.00 * Salario segun convenio de Contact Center: 9.10 euros brutos /hora * FORMACIÓN SEMIPRESENCIAL Y NO REMUNERADAde 5 días desde el dia 11/02/2025 al 17/02/2025 * Día 11: presencial de 9 a 15 Días 12 e-learning, con punto de control a las 10:00 - * Días 13, 14 y 17 : presencial en site. * Incorporación presencial: Martes 18/02. * Ubicación: Zona Ventas (metro El Carmen)
