Responsabilidades del rol:

  • Ventas: conseguir los objetivos comerciales de la tienda y KPIS transmitiendo el valor diferencial de la marca a los clientes.
  • Operaciones de la tienda: trabajar en equipo, realizar inventarios, gestión de stock, caja registradora, informes diarios, entre otros, para que el punto de venta funcione correctamente.
  • Imagen de la tienda: mantener la tienda debidamente ordenada, siguiendo los estándares visuales, así como actualizada con los productos necesarios para ofrecer un servicio de calidad.

          We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our team and drive the development and refinement of Structured Data Agents. This role requires expertise in data science methodologies, advanced Python development, and experience working with large language models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will excel in mastering new datasets, understanding their nuances, and contributing meaningfully from day one.

          Key Responsibilities

          • Dataset Exploration:
            • Rapidly understand new datasets, including corner cases and nuances, to optimize their use in AI systems.

            • Design workflows for integrating and validating structured data.

          • Specification & Validation:
            • Write detailed specifications for structured data agents aligned with business goals.

            • Design and execute testing protocols for data validation and QA, resolving inconsistencies.

          • Development & Integration:
            • Contribute high-quality Python code to structured data agent pipelines.

            • Integrate LLMs for structured data processing and dynamic problem-solving.

          • Collaboration & Communication:
            • Work cross-functionally with Data Engineering, Product, and QA teams.

            • Clearly explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

          Qualifications

          • Required Skills:
            • Proficiency in Python for data processing and AI development.

            • Experience with LLMs, including fine-tuning and applying them to structured data.

            • Expertise in handling large-scale structured datasets (SQL) and validation processes.

            • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, SnowFlake) and collaborative tools (git).

            • Excellent communication skills and ability to contribute immediately.

            • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.

          • Education & Experience:
            • Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering or Finance-related fields (PhD preferred).

            • 4+ years of experience in data science.

          As a ML/NLP Researcher you will play a key role creating innovative data products, both supporting internal processes and by engaging directly with clients as part of the product discovery process, allowing you to gather feedback and iterate on development to deliver impactful solutions.

          Your Responsibilities:

          • Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals to develop data-driven solutions that directly enhance our external products as well as the internal tools and processes that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of those.

          • Apply your expertise to tackle real-world challenges, demonstrating the benefits of systematic, data-driven processes. These can range from optimizing systematic processes for curating and maintaining our Knowledge Graphs, and enhancing document contextualization for improved retrieval, to fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) for specialized tasks, and coordinating various agents within LLM-driven workflows, among other possibilities.

          • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in Machine Learning (ML) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) to ensure our solutions remain competitive and relevant.

          What We're Looking For:

          • A Master’s or PhD in a relevant field, with practical, hands-on experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and a strong understanding of state-of-the-art language models.

          • 5+ years of industry experience, contributing to business growth.

          • Exceptional quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to apply logical and mathematical reasoning to a variety of challenges.

          • Experience using deep learning frameworks (Pytorch, HuggingFace..).

          • Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and statistical models for time series forecasting.

          • A clear and precise communicator who thrives in collaborative environments, working effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and areas of expertise.

          • Strong programming experience in Python and familiarity with SQL or other database languages.
