DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PUESTO

En Molins Cement producimos clínkers eficientes que nos permiten la fabricación y comercialización de productos Pórtland. Distribuimos cemento Pórtland blanco producido en nuestra planta de Túnez y contribuimos a la producción de cemento de aluminato de calcio con las marcas Electroland y Aluminite.

En dependencia del Gerente de Planta de Alicante, operar, controlar y reparar las líneas de producción de la fábrica y los equipos de descarga de los barcos para asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de éstos, evitando y solucionando averías y contribuyendo a una producción eficiente. Además, realizar las operaciones de carga y expedición de cemento a nuestros clientes y las gestiones administrativas relacionadas con los clientes y procesos internos en la Terminal del Puerto de Alicante.

¿CUÁLES SERÁN TUS FUNCIONES?

Entre otras funciones, destacamos las siguientes:

• Mantener y operar el correcto funcionamiento del proceso de producción y la descarga de los barcos.
• Ejecutar y controlar todas las tareas e incidencias derivadas de la producción de la planta y de los equipos de descarga de los barcos.
• Atender y solucionar las averías mecánicas de la planta y de los equipos de descarga de barcos.
• Mantener las secciones en un estado adecuado de orden y limpieza, velando por el cumpliendo con las normas de seguridad, medioambiente, etc.
• Ejecutar los planes preventivos y correctivos de mantenimiento establecidos por el Departamento de Mantenimiento de Cementos Molins Industrial, S.A.
• Realizar el proceso de ensacado y paletizado del cemento.
• Realizar la expedición del cemento ensacado y a granel.
• Atender y seguir los pedidos de nuestros clientes y coordinarlos con los transportistas.
• Tareas administrativas varias, toma y preparación de muestras, gestión de stocks, coordinación con otros departamentos, etc.

DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PUESTO

Colaborar en la realización de los análisis y ensayos marcados en los Planes de Control de materias primas, intermedios y producto acabado.

PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES

• Toma de muestras y registro
• Preparación de muestras y equipos de análisis físico-químico
• Registro de resultados
• Limpieza herramientas/equipos

Precisamos incorporar de forma temporal personal para realizar la supervisión y operación de instalaciones productivas, mantenimientos preventivos y las limpiezas industriales para mantener las secciones en correctas condiciones de funcionamiento.

El horario será de turno de Mañana (6 a 14h), de Día (8 a 13h y 14 a 17h) o de Tarde (14 a 22h) en función de la semana de trabajo.

• Operación y mantenimiento del equipo de trituración de materias primas.
• Operación y mantenimiento de las ensacadoras y llenadora de Big-Bags.
• Limpieza industrial de material de proceso.
• Rutas preventivas de limpieza.
• Supervisión de descargas de suministros.
• Control y vaciado de los contenedores de proceso.
• Carga de camiones y contenedores de clientes.
• Supervisión y operación del correcto funcionamiento de las cargas a granel.

The person in this position will be responsible for a broad range of tasks, including the day-to-day administration of cybersecurity tools and devices, as well as first-level and second-level support for security information and incident management. Their role may also include significant responsibilities regarding the security administration of a wide variety of IT systems across the enterprise.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

• Security Operations
  • Participate in the design, implementation and operation of different security solutions in place.
  • Perform system security administration on designated technology platforms, including operating systems, applications, and network security devices, in accordance with the defined policies, standards and procedures of the organization, as well as with industry best practices and vendor guidelines.
  • You will need to be involved in heterogeneous projects in order to assure Security by default principles, giving the most suitable solutions to meet the right balance between business needs and cybersecurity requirements.
• Security Management
  • Develop and maintain corporate security policy documentation (policies, procedures, guidelines, etc.)
  • Lead actions aimed at improving the cybersecurity culture of the organization.
  • Ensure alignment with Security Master Plan and associated budget.
• Risk Management
  • Track lessons learned from security incidents and drive the remediation of audit findings.
  • Ensure that security controls are effective.
  • Manage risk in a pragmatic and cost-effective manner to ensure stakeholder confidence.
  • Report on the overall effectiveness of the security programme in the security domains against defined key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement.
  • Continuous and tight collaboration with GRC team.
• Technology Prescription
  • Assess and recommend technologies, tools and solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize technology landscape.
  • Promote the implementation of new cybersecurity tools to improve the security posture and propose innovative solutions according to the state of the art.
