The project!

The Visual Merchandiser Specialist enhances the appropriate image in all SIS of the group's brands worldwide, respecting the standards of each brand.

What are the mainly responsabilities?

  • Partnership VM head office.
  • Implementing the seasonal VM & standards strategy on key stores.
  • Lightbox DB (PJ&HK&FAÇO).
  • Controlling store digital screens.
  • Production campaign images (PJ&HK&FAÇO).
  • Campaign images selection.
  • Looks selection & commercial - VM push.
  • VM guides communication & follow up capacities.
  • Purchasing props & incidence of shipments.
  • Bulk orders (PVH) & AWWG.
  • Openning packs.
  • Sending photos to ECI buyers of refits and new openings.

Job description

We are looking for a Junior QA Application Testing for our Business Financial Services department. Key individual contributor to the SCRUM team in the area of Q&A. Works with the team to ensure standard quality practices/processes are followed. Conducts end-to-end, integration and service testing on applications and technology, to ensure that business, technical, functional requirements are being met throughout the sprint. Designs and Executes test scripts based upon test strategy/plans in an effort to identify defects prior to production. Tests may be manual, automated or both.

Your Tasks

Goal: Collaborate within an analytics team to deliver end-to-end data solutions, leveraging your expertise in data analysis, presentation, data modeling, data architecture, and data engineering on the GCP platform to drive data-driven decision-making.

About us: Marketplace Analytics team collaborates with stakeholders to provide data-driven insights, optimizing the user experience and driving marketplace success. We embrace creativity, flexibility, and innovation, leveraging the power of data to generate actionable insights.

 

Tasks: 

  • Data Modeling & Architecture: Design and develop robust data solutions by architecting scalable data models (e.g., for dashboards, reports) within BigQuery, and utilize Terraform to build and manage the associated GCP infrastructure as code (including BigQuery datasets, tables, etc.), ensuring consistent and reproducible deployments. 
    • Experience on Terraform is a plus
  • Data Engineering: Build and maintain efficient ETL pipelines using tools like Dataform within GCP, ensuring data quality, scalability and reliability.
    • Experience on Dataform or DBT is a plus.
  • Data Analysis & Visualization: Define and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs), identify appropriate data sources, retrieve data via SQL (BigQuery), and create dynamic reports and dashboards using Looker Studio. 
    • Experience on LookML is a plus
  • Business Consulting: Continuously gather requirements and consult with product and business teams to translate business needs into actionable analytics projects. 
  • Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate closely with web developers, data analysts, and other stakeholders to explore, define, document, and refine data concepts. Effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. 
  • Proactive Analysis & Improvement: Perform proactive analyses to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in Webshops, modules, and components, and drive marketplace operations improvements through actionable data insights. 
     

Your Profile

  • Education: Degree in a technical and/or mathematical-related subject (e.g. statistics, physics, engineering sciences, industrial computer sciences or similar).
  • Experience: 4+ years as a Data Analyst / BI Developer / Data Engineer (m/f/d) ideally in ecommerce companies and experience building up Analytics Stacks from scratch.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Excellent SQL knowledge – preferable practical experience with Google BigQuery or similar data warehouse / data lake systems or non-relational databases.
    • Profound experience in defining, implementing tracking concepts and extracting data from web-based solutions (like Google Analytics).
    • Experience and knowledge of ETL pipelines and data flows, preferably in cloud environments.

  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), particularly Terraform is a plus

As an Area Manager TH Spain you will be in charge of achieving the sales targets of the Points of Sale within their region (Spain), with responsibility for the full price stores and Outlets portfolio.

Corporate follow up:

To assist in the alignment of the product line plan vision and the global line planning process in order to achieve or exceed annual financial goals. The Retail Merchandising Specialist must ensure that the line plan addresses a global brand vision while at the same time meets regional needs.

What will the role entail?

Sales and inventory analysis

  • Weekly reporting on the sales and stocks of the stores.
  • Analysis and communication of the main performance indicators, best-sellers and slow-sellers, coverage rate.
  • Preparation of weekly reviews with Area Managers and Visual Merchandisers to analyse results, implement corrective actions and anticipate major retail periods.
  • Regular exchanges with the different interlocutors (stores, Area Managers, and Visual Merchandisers).
  • Recommend transfers, highlight stock-outs/overstocks, and implement these actions with the Retail team.

Operational management of suply

  • Allocation of purchases by store according to the analyses made and feedback from the field.
  • Definition of the delivery schedule and timing of the initial order according to the objectives and in order to have an optimal management of the stocks in store.
  • Management of supply and restocking during the season: management, tools, ordering, delivery, analysis.
  • Steering the assortment of the permanent line in collaboration with the purchasing team: evaluation of the optimal stock and the minimums of implementation.

Support to purchasing

  • Seasonal reports on the network's product performance - Gathering of feedback from boutiques on quality and quantities received.
  • Support to Retail Buyers during the purchasing period.
  • Participation in "Pre-buy Meetings" and animation on the stock/performance part.

  • The quality of your application is important to you, which is why you swear by TypeScript and prefer to test every line of your code. 
  • You have experience in NoSQL databases (like MongoDB) as well as in relational databases (PostgreSQL)  
  • Since you are interested in the entire lifecycle of an application, Continuous Delivery and (cloud) infrastructure are not foreign words to you, and you prefer to combine this with microservices. 
  • Codebases you have worked with have led you to consider a monorepo approach. 
  • You are interested in chatbot and voice solutions, especially the intricacies of NLP, and ideally have already gained initial experience with services like Google Dialogflow. 
  • You have experience in connecting and using Large Language Models (LLMs) and are familiar with frameworks like LangChain.
