The project!

You would be the responsible for the stores stock management, ensuring correct stock position at any time giving support to the planning and distribution of the product.

What will the role entail?

• To analyze past sales figures/trends to anticipate future product needs.
• To define the correct replenishment plan ensuring, correct assortments, depth, frequency and delivery timings.
• To build up stock to afford seasonal promotions or marketing campaigns.
• To ensure Logistics are met on time and frequency.
• To monitor stock movement, consider markdowns, inter-branch transfers, promotions or clear outs etc.
• To minimize stock holdings and commitment to allow for maximum profit.
• To have a frequent communication with the stores staff is crucial to achieve objectives and coordinate the different operational processes such as returns, pricing changes, promotions, product launches, etc.

Be the first contact with customer and suppliers issues coordinating internally the solution and the complete follow-up until is closed. Attend the customer complaints and questions giving the immediate first answer and corresponding follow-up keeping the contact with customers to achieve the satisfaction level required. Supplier quality assurance and supplier development to reach company targets. Support in internal incidents analysis, creation of certificates and laboratory reports, and team meetings participation. Support in homologation activities.

• First answer to costumer/suppliers and support in technical questions.
• Attend quality claims, 8D report creation, claim register and follow-up.
• Customer satisfaction targets and KPI response on-time.
• Support in complaints analysis, team meetings participation and quality reports creation.
• Visiting frequently customers to achieve Quality standards.
• Audit periodically suppliers in order to assure quality level helping them to innovate and develop their processes.

• Customer Claim cost negotiation.

• Support in homologation reports (PPAP) and metrology tests.

• Ensure compliance quality standards and GxP standards.
• QMS: procedures adaptation and implementation in electronic quality management system (eQMS)
• Oversight and execution the audits of suppliers, tracking and performing the supplier's qualification.
• Supporting audits by customers and Internal audits.
• Oversight of CMOs and monitoring (performance log), giving input for Quality Management Review.
• Supporting change control process awareness in the organization. Oversight of change controls related to CMOs.
• Oversight and support of technology transfers : CMO qualification for API and FDF: audit, review of technical documentation, AMT and validation (if required), process validation protocol and analytical method protocol.
• Oversight of stability studies and trending from quality perspective. Streamlining stability process.
• PQR assessments and follow-ups with CMOs.
• Leading, oversight and support of Deviations, OOS and investigations related to CMOs.
• Oversight and support of quality agreements with CMOs.
• Requalification of suppliers.

Responsible Person

• Management GMP activities and records: focusing on the management of authorized activities and the accuracy and quality of records.
• Training: ensuring that initial and continuous training programs are implemented and maintained.
• Recall: coordinating and promptly performing any recall operations for medicinal products.
• QMS: a quality management system is implemented and maintained.
• Complaints: ensuring that relevant customer complaints are dealt with effectively.
• Suppliers and customer qualification: ensuring that suppliers and customers are approved.
• Outsourced activities: approving any subcontracted activities which may impact on GDP.
• Self-inspection: ensuring that self-inspections are performed at appropriate regular intervals following a prearranged program and necessary corrective measures are put in place.
• Oversight of records: keeping appropriate records of any delegated duties.
• Returned, rejected or falsified products: deciding on the final disposition of returned, rejected, recalled, or falsified products.
• Management of Returns: approving any returns to saleable stock.
• Additional requirements applicable for the national law: ensuring that any additional requirements imposed on certain products by national law are adhered to.

¿What will be your mission in the company?

The selected profile will take responsibility for…

• Participate in system architecture definition at early project phases of pure research projects with non-fixed requirements at project kick-off.
• Understand globally system requirements and system architecture to perform and appropriate software design.
• Carry out the SW development to ensure the technical and functional feasibility of the products giving support to the project teams.
• Research, design and write new software programs and develop existing programs.
• Generate accurate technical manuals of the delivered software and operational documentation, as well as the required SW design delivery documents.
• Ensure the development and prototypes delivery regarding the defined plans with the client.
• Technical support within area of expertise to other team members.
• Perform research into new technologies, ideas and trends within your area of expertise and attend relevant conferences or seminars.
• Participate in demos of team capabilities to company management and to customers with creation of prototype setups.
• Generate accurate periodic reporting of progress and blocking points.
