En dependencia directa de la Dirección General de Concrete &Aggregates, tendrás como objetivo principal brindar soporte en diferentes ámbitos que impliquen a la dirección, abordando proactivamente tareas complejas y de información sensible. Asimismo,
Organizar y administrar las actividades del día a día, asegurando una gestión eficiente y eficaz del tiempo.
PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES
Deberás programar reuniones, mantener bases de datos y elaborar informes o presentaciones
Elaborar comunicaciones en nombre de la Dirección a través de correspondencia, escritos, presentaciones u otra documentación que se precise, incluyendo la comunicación con los socios y administración pública.

Organizar y apoyar todas las reuniones regulares y ad-hoc, asegurando la disponibilidad de los asistentes a la reunión.
Atención telefónica y gestión documental.
Gestión administrativa de las pólizas de seguro de la compañía y de la flota de renting.
Organizar planes de viaje, incluidos itinerarios, reservas de vuelos, hoteles, confirmaciones, etc.

Tendrás como misión principal entender las necesidades del negocio y conocer sus procesos y estrategias con el objetivo de dar soporte al IT Business Partner de Promsa en los proyectos y funciones de soporte definidas.

Funciones principales

• Gestión y mantenimiento de datos maestros (Oracle, SQL, SAP)
• Seguimiento de la calidad del dato para las auditorías quincenales (facturación, control de gestión, plantas productivas, calidad)
• Documentación de procesos
• Soporte a plantas de datos maestros en ARCOMOVE (aplicación vertical de control de flota de camiones hormigoneras)
• Soporte a plantas en las implantaciones tanto de ARCOGOLD y ARCOWEIGHT. (formación usuarios, redacción de manuales, calidad de datos, permisos de usuario)
• Soporte a plantas con sistema ARCA-Oracle (gestión / errores en transacciones, permisos de usuarios)
• Asignación y gestión de roles / perfiles en Oracle (altas, bajas, mantenimiento)
• Mapeos de transacciones SAP/Oracle
• Soporte al Proyecto Prisma
• Soporte en la coordinación y seguimiento de los nuevos proyectos relacionados con IT
• Actuar como enlace entre los usuarios y el área de sistemas

Necesitamos incorporar a un/a operario-maquinista polivalente para el negocio de combustibles alternativos. Concretamente, para la planta de valorización de neumáticos fuera de uso (NFU) producidos a partir de residuos no peligrosos, en un entorno industrial dinámico, con oportunidades de crecimiento profesional y aprendizaje continuo en la división de Medio Ambiente de Promsa.

PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES:

En dependencia del jefe de turno realizará las siguientes funciones:

• Alimentar las materias primas a las líneas de producción
• Cargar y descargar camiones
• Tareas de producción, mantenimiento y limpieza de la planta y maquinaria móvil
• Controlar el buen funcionamiento de los equipos e instalaciones de la planta
• Controlar la calidad de la materia prima (residuos de entrada)

The person in this position will be responsible for a broad range of tasks, including the day-to-day administration of cybersecurity tools and devices, as well as first-level and second-level support for security information and incident management. • Llevar a cabo las tareas de mantenimiento, engrase y limpieza de la planta, controlando el buen funcionamiento de todos los elementos de ésta.
• Conducción de la maquinaria móvil para el traslado del material en la planta.
