Somos el negocio de Molins especialistas en soluciones integrales para la construcción, incluyendo sistemas de colocación cerámica, revestimientos de fachada y SATE, morteros especiales y resinas para protección, reparación, anclaje, refuerzo, impermeabilización, aislamiento, alicatado y pavimentación. Con más de 90 años de liderazgo en el sector y pioneros en el mercado español con el primer cemento-cola bajo la marca PAM, mantenemos nuestro compromiso con los clientes a través de una red logística de 6 centros productivos y 2 centros logísticos. Estamos comprometidos con el desarrollo social y la calidad de vida, creando soluciones innovadoras y sostenibles para la construcción.
La persona seleccionada tendrá como misión principal desarrollar e implementar estrategias comerciales a nivel nacional que maximicen las ventas y la rentabilidad en este canal específico.
Liderará un equipo comercial en España, Francia y Portugal, responsable de gestionar las relaciones con clientes clave, asegurando que se cumplan los objetivos comerciales. Además, colaborará con los departamentos de marketing y logística para optimizar la oferta de productos y mejorar la experiencia de los clientes en el canal distribución.
La función se integrará en el Comité de Dirección por su rol clave y estratégico en el desarrollo de nuevos productos, servicios o modelos de negocio, al identificar y evaluar ideas o propuestas de valor en colaboración con las otras áreas de la Compañía.

Escofet by Molins transforms cities and enhances the use of public spaces through the design and industrialization of urban elements and architectural concrete. We are closely linked to Barcelona, but we project our Mediterranean character internationally, present in avenues, parks, streets, and squares around the world.
We contribute to comprehensive urban design projects, creating urban landscapes through our activity lines: Urban Life (urban elements), Lighting (public lighting), Walking (pavements), and Building (architectural concrete).
We are currently seeking a motivated and qualified US Director for the Urban Landscape business, located in Oklahoma, under the Escofet brand, which transforms cities and promotes the use of public space through the design and industrialization of urban elements and architectural concrete. Reporting directly to the Managing Director of Escofet.
