U ovoj ulozi osiguravat ce tocnost i uskladenost s racunovodstvenim i regulatornim standardima. Izravno cete odgovarati Globalnom menadžeru za racunovodstvo i igrati kljucnu ulogu u našem racunovodstvenom timu, sudjelujuci u financijskim operacijama.

GLAVNE ODGOVORNOSTI

  • Pripremati i nadzirati mjesecni i godišnji proces zakljucivanja racunovodstva.
  • Priprema i pregled financijskih izvještaja kako bi se osigurala tocnost i strogo pridržavanje regulatornih propisa
  • Pracenje promjena u racunovodstvenim i poreznim propisima.
  • Suradnja s razlicitim odjelima radi pružanja financijskih informacija.
  • Suradnja na internim i eksternim revizijama, osiguravajuci temeljitu pripremu i pravovremeno rješavanje identificiranih problema.
  • Pomoc u pripremi zakonskih financijskih izvještaja entiteta u okviru odgovornosti.
  • Priprema mjesecnog pregleda i uskladivanja svih racuna bilance.
  • Kao dio racunovodstvenog tima GBS-a, sudjelovat cete u racunovodstvenim poslovima i pomagati na financijskim projektima kao što su integracija subjekata pod GBS-om, implementacija novih racunovodstvenih standarda, robotizacija i digitalizacija poslova itd.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to supervise and perform the accounting functions for our business in Croatia from our Global Business Services (GBS) in Barcelona. In this role, you will ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting and regulatory standards. Reporting directly to the Global Accounting Manager, and you will play a crucial part in our accounting team performing financial operations.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist, perform and supervise the monthly and annual accounting close process.
  • Prepare and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and strict adherence to regulatory compliance.
  • Keep updated on changes in accounting and tax regulations.
  • Collaborate with various departments to provide financial information.
  • Collaborate on internal and external audits, ensuring thorough preparation and timely resolution of identified issues.
  • Assist in the preparation of the Statutory Accounts of the entities under scope.
  • Prepare monthly review and reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts.
  • As part of the GBS accounting team, you will take part in accounting tasks and assist on finance projects such as integration of entities under the GBS, implementation of new accounting treatments/standards, robotization and digitalization of the tasks, etc.

Somos el negocio de Molins especialistas en soluciones integrales para la construcción, incluyendo sistemas de colocación cerámica, revestimientos de fachada y SATE, morteros especiales y resinas para protección, reparación, anclaje, refuerzo, impermeabilización, aislamiento, alicatado y pavimentación. Con más de 90 años de liderazgo en el sector y pioneros en el mercado español con el primer cemento-cola bajo la marca PAM, mantenemos nuestro compromiso con los clientes a través de una red logística de 6 centros productivos y 2 centros logísticos. La persona seleccionada tendrá como misión principal desarrollar e implementar estrategias comerciales a nivel nacional que maximicen las ventas y la rentabilidad en este canal específico.

Liderará un equipo comercial en España, Francia y Portugal, responsable de gestionar las relaciones con clientes clave, asegurando que se cumplan los objetivos comerciales. Además, colaborará con los departamentos de marketing y logística para optimizar la oferta de productos y mejorar la experiencia de los clientes en el canal distribución.

La función se integrará en el Comité de Dirección por su rol clave y estratégico en el desarrollo de nuevos productos, servicios o modelos de negocio, al identificar y evaluar ideas o propuestas de valor en colaboración con las otras áreas de la Compañía.

¿CUÁLES SERÁN TUS FUNCIONES?

JOB DESCRIPTION

Escofet by Molins transforms cities and enhances the use of public spaces through the design and industrialization of urban elements and architectural concrete. We are closely linked to Barcelona, but we project our Mediterranean character internationally, present in avenues, parks, streets, and squares around the world.

We contribute to comprehensive urban design projects, creating urban landscapes through our activity lines: Urban Life (urban elements), Lighting (public lighting), Walking (pavements), and Building (architectural concrete).

We are currently seeking a motivated and qualified US Director for the Urban Landscape business, located in Oklahoma, under the Escofet brand, which transforms cities and promotes the use of public space through the design and industrialization of urban elements and architectural concrete. Reporting directly to the Managing Director of Escofet.

WHAT WILL YOUR DUTIES BE?

Among other main responsabilities, we highlight the following:

Factory Creation Project Management:

  • Coordination and Supervision: Coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of the factory construction project, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, environmental standards, and local regulations.
  • Detailed Planning: Collaborate in the creation of a detailed construction plan, including timelines and estimated costs.
  • Budget Management: Manage the assigned budget (Capex of $5 million), ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Supplier and Contractor Relations: Manage relationships with suppliers and contractors, ensuring timely acquisition of necessary materials and equipment.
  • Periodic Reporting: Report to Escofet's General Management, providing periodic updates on project progress, budgetary and timeline deviations, identified issues, and implemented corrective actions.

Factory Commissioning and Management:

  • Hiring and Supervising Personnel: Hire and supervise the necessary personnel for factory operations, with an initial team of 10 workers growing to 30-40 workers within two years.
  • Operational Procedures: Establish and maintain efficient and safe operational procedures in accordance with Escofet's General Management guidelines.
  • Maintenance Management: Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities and machinery.
  • Health and Safety Policies: Implement health and safety policies to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Technical Guidelines: Follow technical instructions and guidelines provided by the headquarters in Spain for product manufacturing.
  • Production Supervision: Oversee and coordinate daily production, ensuring that production targets in terms of volume, quality, and delivery schedules set by the headquarters are met.
  • Materials Management: Ensure the availability and efficient flow of materials required for manufacturing, supervise inventory levels, and coordinate the receipt and storage of materials in the factory.
  • Quality Audits: Participate in internal and external quality and regulatory compliance audits, taking corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
