We are looking for someone who is passionate about building web-based products for finance that customers love. You will join an energetic team of talented individuals working on a big data analytics platform. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, helping our team to deliver new features that embody the company’s vision and strategy.

You are a strong senior Scrum Master with the ability to leverage Agile methodologies and thinking across business and technology initiatives while providing the necessary coaching and guidance to leadership. You will be instrumental in ensuring that all projects meet the expectations and needs of our business partners and employees. Incumbent is responsible for planning and executing one or more important projects using the agile development processes, Scrum management methodology, and other project management techniques.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Extensive understanding of project and program management principles, methods and techniques.

  • Ensure that project portfolios are updated for status, resource capacity planning, and budget preparation.

  • Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously.

  • Manage project risks and creation of mitigation plans to achieve project objectives.

  • Promote a collaborative team environment that fosters experimentation, creativity, and innovation.

  • Vendor Management to ensure the final project delivery with third party vendors.

  • Client Feedback management to ensure product prioritization alignment with Product Roadmap.

  • Provide strategic thinking and tactical execution.

  • Identify and help to facilitate resolution of prioritization conflicts for project team members with competing stakeholders, project leads, and department heads.

  • Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project and program team.


Experience

  • 7+ years’ experience in an Agile / Scrum environment.

  • Thorough understanding of software development processes and lifecycle, ability to adjust and apply technical knowledge in a dynamic environment using Agile development principles.

  • Proven experience building strong working relationships and working successfully in multi-cultural and cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to quickly understand the scope of the project and identify key success and risk factors.

  • Exceptional verbal, written, and communication skills as facilitator and presenter.

We are looking for a MLOps Engineer to join a team responsible for building and maintaining the entire ML infrastructure. Taking offline models and turn them into real production systems will be one of the main activities. In addition, designing and developing comprehensive test and monitoring strategies will be also required. The candidate must have all the technical skills for implementing and maintaining the infrastructure in the cloud. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in MLOps/DevOps or software automation projects and the ability to understand complex software solutions. The candidate will have experience in all phases of the software development life cycle, from requirements gathering, designing CI/CD pipelines, integration testing, monitoring ML models performance, and supporting production systems.

About you

We want you to be a software passionate, with a strong technical background. You will be facing awesome challenges by covering all the ML development lifecycle stages and using the latest technologies for it.


How will you do it?

First month

The onboarding process starts.. You will be having scheduled meetings with the main stakeholders of the different teams in order to get an overall understanding about all company’s products and specifically focused on the projects you will be working on. You will start participating in the scrum ceremonies and also reviewing the actual ML processes and infrastructure.

After 3 months

Now you are able to start contributing to the ongoing work related to existing ML infrastructure and start collaborating closely with QAs, ML, and DevOps engineers. Since now you have the overall view of the products and the tech stack, you can propose new initiatives and strategies and start working on them.

6 months in

Now you are fully aware of all the company products and ongoing projects and you have the know-how to work with them. You became a key member of the team and you are contributing successfully to the different ML development phases. You are creating comprehensive deployment and monitoring strategies in a CI/CD environment. Also, you are able to provide guidance about good practices and collaborate with different teams.


Requirements:

  • Experience in applying software engineering concepts and best practices to the entire machine learning development lifecycle including deployments and monitoring of the ML models in production environments.

  • Experience in implementing and optimizing data pipelines for the ML workflows.

As a FinOps, you must possess a robust comprehension of cloud technology, financial management principles, and data analysis. Proficiency in utilizing tools and software for managing and analyzing cloud spending data. Additionally, strong communication and collaboration skills are imperative.

You will be managing relationships with dozens of IT suppliers and providers, from Amazon Web Services to Snowflake, other technology providers (Google, ISPs…) etc. Your main responsibility will be to help identify new vendors, to keep costs under control, and to mature those relationships for a satisfactory workflow.

You will track down costs, make inventories, develop automation scripts, and be in charge of the providers roster and renewals calendar. You will be part of the Operations Team, so a minimum SysAdmin experience is required.


Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze cloud usage and spending data to pinpoint cost-saving opportunities.

  • Collaborate with finance, operations, and technology teams to spearhead cost optimization initiatives.

FUNCIONES Y TAREAS:

  • Responsable de establecer procesos de demanda y pronóstico para conectar y alinear todas las áreas utilizando herramientas adecuadas a nivel de SKU. El gerente de planificación de la demanda crea y mantiene modelos de pronóstico que incorporan información de pronóstico recopilada de Ventas, Comercial, Marketing, Nuevos proyectos y otras fuentes. Este cargo impulsa el diálogo mensual con áreas multifuncionales (comercial, atención al cliente, planificación y logística) interactuando durante el proceso de planificación de la demanda.
  • Responsable del mantenimiento y desarrollo del plan de demanda y de completar el análisis de datos estadísticos en múltiples líneas de productos. Es responsable de ayudar a las funciones de ventas y marketing a desarrollar y ajustar el pronóstico de ventas y marketing, así como de respaldar la capacitación adecuada en el proceso de pronóstico o planificación de la demanda. El gerente de planificación de la demanda analiza proactivamente los datos en busca de tendencias y toma las acciones relevantes según sea necesario, asegurando que el proceso S&OP esté trabajando hacia la ejecución del plan de negocios (consenso entre todas las áreas funcionales) y responsabiliza a los gerentes de demanda, suministro, ventas y finanzas de ejecutar sus planes.
  • Implementar y gestionar la ejecución del proceso S&OP, coordinando y alineando esfuerzos comunes entre departamentos (capital de trabajo, eficiencia de costos y servicio al cliente) y países. Responsable de generar datos para ejecutar decisiones en las reuniones ejecutivas.
  • Poseer una base de datos completa y limpia para pronósticos estadísticos y eventos comerciales/mkt, impulsar pronósticos continuos obteniendo el consenso de los equipos de Ventas, Marketing y Finanzas (incluidos SKU de incorporación/eliminación progresiva, enfoque ABC/XYZ en esfuerzos de previsión y planificación). ), impulsan la precisión aceptada mediante una evaluación constante de las previsiones frente al presupuesto frente a las ventas reales y ajustando los modelos de previsión y los supuestos adoptados para las actividades/eventos de ventas. Aplicar modelo de colaboración con Comercial cuando sea posible y se identifiquen posibles mejoras.
  • Asegurar la ejecución de la planificación de la demanda a través de varios KPI estandarizados en toda la región (CFR, OTIF, Racionalización de SKU, planificación por capacidad acordada, precisión de pronósticos, control de inventario, etc.)
  • Alinear las necesidades de ventas (nuevos productos, nuevos clientes) con la información de ejecución operativa, conectando los departamentos involucrados (operaciones, FSQR, planificación de suministros, finanzas). Siga observando la demanda anormal para ajustar los planes adecuados mientras mantiene informada a la planificación de suministros sobre las necesidades de cambios.
