* Support the Global Controls Advisory Management team in the maintenance & expansion of our global risk & control framework
* Work closely and build relationships with our stakeholders to help us define and propose mitigating controls for areas within our scope, supporting management with the implementation of controls, & ultimately maintaining our Global Risk & Control Matrix
* Develop & maintain, where relevant, process matrices listings within new areas of scope, which will allow us to build an appropriate risk & controls environment to support management in these functions
* Support & maintain our internal management controls testing methodology, as well as the roll-out to additional areas within our scope to ensure compliance with our new corporate governance reporting standards. Perform a review of the results and provide a running commentary to management using the appropriate tools and governance in place
* Co-ordinate with Internal & External Audit teams as needed, in liaison with the relevant Management teams
* Support & guide management through our processes, development of policies, and maintenance of our internal reporting dashboard
* Create, develop & maintain our Internal Control tools, templates, models & documentation
