RavenPack is seeking a senior engineering manager to build and lead a team of React Native Developers. As a Mobile Development Manager, you will be responsible for the standards and processes needed to bring high-quality, native applications to market. Your primary role will be to deliver a professional, user-friendly app for Android and iOS that provides a seamless and engaging experience for our users.

The next RavenPacker will have

  • Experience hiring and managing a team of top front-end developers using React Native.

RavenPack is looking to boost its Operational Service Levels by creating an entire new team to drive excellence on real time operations and incident response. As the organization is deeply immersed in releasing new product paradigms, we expect this new team leader to be at par with the organization needs of strategic leadership.

The System Reliability Engineer Manager will play a critical role in establishing and leading a team responsible for ensuring the high availability, performance, and reliability of our real time services and IT infrastructure. This individual will be instrumental in setting up processes, defining best practices, and creating a culture of proactive incident prevention and rapid response.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in SRE, system administration, DevOpsroles, with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.

  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Linux/Unix systems, cloud platforms (AWS is a must), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools.

  • Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex issues.

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Leadership: Proven ability to motivate and inspire a team, delegate effectively, and drive results.

  • Project Management Skills: Experience on Project Management methodologies (Agile, waterfall) will be required.

About the Role

We're seeking a Full Cycle SMB Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and drive sales of RavenPack's industry-leading GenAI and SaaS services. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in democratizing access to real-time, high-quality financial data through our comprehensive suite of offerings, including our latest GenAI platform, Bigdata.com. You will report directly to the EMEA SMB Sales Manager and collaborate closely with our VP Head of Sales SMB, Client Support, Data Science, and Product teams to achieve your goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Generate qualified leads by targeting key accounts across Finance and other sectors
  • Sales Process Management: Nurture and close strategic clients within your assigned region.

                      RavenPack is hiring a Head of Product Management for building an eCommerce Marketplace experience on Bigdata.com. The marketplace is a store for buying and subscribing to datasets and is a fundamental part of our Bigdata strategy. This role requires experience both in building eCommerce marketplaces or stores, creating diverse content sets, and generating revenue. In this strategic role, you will have exposure to the business and leadership team, will be responsible for high-impact decisions and growth initiatives that are encouraged to drive material change for the company.

                      Your primary initiative will be to build a data store/shop experience that allows our customers to find and purchase content sets which improve their experience on our platform. You will also be responsible for integrating new content sets from external providers, working with a team of experts to have this ingested into the platform and made available on the store. The role will initially be very hands-on and requires deep knowledge of working with data and online shopping. You will be given lots of freedom to run with this project, and will eventually be expected to build a team. You will also be expected to source new data products that can be further integrated and enhance the overall experience.

                      You will work across the firm to sync the teams responsible for building and integrating the new system into a larger productivity platform. Your responsibilities will include research and validation, specification of new features, ensuring the timely delivery of various projects and reporting progress to key stakeholders.
